Sinaloa Cartel Named in Dallas Federal Filing

Alkiviades “Alki” David Alleges Mexican, Italian, Greek and Swiss Mob Networks Operating with Sinaloa Interests in a Hollywood Media Takeover — and Accuses the World of Being Overrun by “Cocaine Killing Freaks in Politics”

August 19, 2026

Alkiviades Andrew David, Ambassador-at-Large for the Green Economy of Antigua & Barbuda and a severely disabled litigant in person, has filed a formal Witness Statement in the Eastern District of Texas seeking urgent evidence preservation.

The document — Case 4:23-cv-00435-SDJ-BD, Document 93 — is titled “SINALOA DRUG TRAFFICKING CARTEL — EVIDENCE PRESERVATION & NOTICE” and is addressed to Judge Sean D. Jordan. Parallel material is being placed before the Criminal Investigation Department of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda and before Interpol.

David does not ask the Court to treat his claims as proven. He raises them for evidence preservation and independent examination only. But the language is blunt.

He describes what he calls a Sinaloa playbook: the systematic use of cocaine, violence, lawfare and political capture. In his words, the world is being overrun by “cocaine killing freaks in politics.”

Core Allegation

David alleges that the Sinaloa Drug Trafficking Cartel has established operational reach into Antigua & Barbuda and has taken control of significant parts of the Hollywood media monopoly. He states that this takeover has its roots in the 1999 Vivendi merger and involves Mexican, Italian, Greek and Swiss organised-crime networks operating in concert with Sinaloa interests.

He further records that he is forced to act as a litigant in person because six of his lawyers are dead and his partner, Asot Michael, was brutally assassinated in Antigua. He places these deaths in the context of the same network.

Named in the Sworn Statement

David identifies the following as connected to, or operating on behalf of, Sinaloa Cartel interests or the wider network:

  • Danny Kapon Snr — described as a member of the Sinaloa Cartel
  • Desiree Perez — alleged Sinaloa Cartel member
  • Sean Combs (Diddy) and the Roc Nation pathway
  • John Branca — alleged coordinator of Sinaloa interests; co-executor of the Michael Jackson estate
  • Anthony B. Pellicano
  • Daphne Barak and Jonathan Hay
  • Gloria Allred, Tom Girardi and Lisa Bloom
  • Glaser Weil, Robert Shapiro and Fred Heather
  • Dani Peretz
  • Joseph Chora (“The Executioner”)
  • Shari Redstone
  • Mahim Khan and others identified in supporting evidence

He alleges this network has been responsible for the murder of Asot Michael, the shooting of business partner Yida Zhang, coordinated stalking and chemical attacks, and the extraction of very large sums from the Michael Jackson estate, Adidas, the David family and Harmonia Trust assets.

Harmonia Trust, Hologram IP and the Kapon Account

David alleges that intellectual property associated with the Harmonia Trust and his own hologram intellectual property was taken or interfered with by John Branca and Sean Combs. He asks that all underlying records be preserved with full metadata and chain of custody.

He states he received information directly from Daniel Kapon and Susie Kapon. Their father, Danny Kapon Snr, is described to him as a Sinaloa Cartel member linked to Anthony B. Pellicano. David records a personal interaction in which Pellicano stated that for $30,000 per month “all those would go away.”

Request to Judge Jordan

David, who has a documented traumatic brain injury and permanent neurological impairment, asks Judge Jordan to take note of the allegations, direct preservation of all relevant original evidence, note the parallel CID and Interpol steps, and distinguish between allegation and established fact.

He closes with a Statement of Truth and digital signature dated 19 August 2026.

This is a sworn federal court filing. The allegations are raised so that original evidence can be preserved and independently examined. David does not ask any court to treat the claims as established fact on assertion alone.

The filing is now on the docket of the Eastern District of Texas before Judge Sean D. Jordan.
