Heidi Klum, who has been the face of Victoria’s Secret for the past 13 years, is leaving the company, the New York Post reported on September 30. During Paris Fashion Week, Klum confirmed the news to the Post, saying “All good things have to come to an end. I will always love Victoria’s Secret. It has been an absolutely amazing time.”
The ‘Project Runway’ host will instead be focusing her efforts on the hit Lifetime reality show. The 37-year-old model said she also wants to focus on her family, and will be launching a new fitness clothing line. The news comes after Klum took over as the host of the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show in 2002.
The Post also reported that fellow Victoria’s Secret Angels Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio are in the running to take over Klum’s position. Models Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes would have been considered, but they are both pregnant.
