Photographer Nigel Poole sent io9 some awesome set photos from “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” featuring the farming areas of District 11.
From the pictures, it looks like the farmers–who are growing crops for the Capitol while their own people starve–are under arrest from the Peacekeepers (who seem kind of like terrestrial Storm Troopers). As to what the fate of these farmers will be–you’ll just have to watch the film and see. Take a look at the pictures at io9!

“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” stars Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, one of the two historic winners of the 74th Annual Hunger Games, as she safely returns home to District 12. Katniss is joined by fellow tribute and winner of the Hunger Games, Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson). The two–who are two sides of a love triangle that includes Gale (Liam Hemsworth)–must leave their friends and family again to embark on a Victor’s Tour of the districts.
Along the way, Katniss learns there’s a rebellion in the districts, which the Capital is in control of. President Snow (Donald Sutherland) is preparing for the 75th Annual Hunger Games, called The Quarter Quell, a competition that could change Panem forever and put Peeta and Katniss in even more danger than before.”
