When placed in any horrifying situation, humans form an unbreakable instinct to not only endure their difficult circumstances, but also bond with their fellow survivors. That’s certainly the case for actress Katie Kohler’s protagonist in the new thriller, ‘Apocalypse Road,’ which is set to premiere on VOD on December 5 from Wild Eye Releasing. In honor of the film’s upcoming distribution, the studio has released the trailer, poster and stills from the drama.
The post-apocalyptic movie was written and directed by Brett Bentman. In addition to Kohler, ‘Apocalypse Road’ also stars Ashlyn McEvers, Billy Blair and Nellie Sciutto.
Set in a post-apocalyptic event, ‘Apocalypse Road’ follows two sisters who are hunted down and separated by a gang of ruthless killers who are intent on creating their own twisted form of law and order. The sisters must fight through this new, dangerous world to stay alive, in the hopes of being reunited, and escaping to freedom.
