Actress June Dietrich stars in writer-director-executive producer Justin Lee’s Western film, ‘A Reckoning.’

Seeking retribution for the loss of a loved one can lead people down a dangerous path. That’s certainly the case for actress June Dietrich’s protagonist in the new Western, ‘A Reckoning.’ In honor of the film being distributed tomorrow on DVD and VOD by Vega Baby and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, ShockYa is premiering an exclusive clip. The video, which is titled ‘Out on the Trail,’ features the performer’s character, Mary O’Malley, as she makes allies to help her on her journey to find justice for her late husband’s death.

In addition to Dietrich, the drama also stars Kevin Makely, Todd A. Robinson, Lance Henriksen and Meg Foster. ‘A Reckoning’ was written, directed and executive produced by Justin Lee.

The movie’s story follows Mary’s life after her husband is brutally murdered. The widowed homesteader leaves everything behind to seek revenge by hunting down his killer.
