MTV is reporting that the 2005 video game “Shadow Of The Colossus” is going to be getting the silver screen adaptation thanks to Sony and producer Kevin Misher.
“Shadow Of The Colossus” focuses on a young man named Wander who travels across a mysterious and foreboding land, and must fight and defeat beings known as the Colossi to restore the life of a girl named Mono. The game is probably best known for not only its critical reception but soundtrack as well, which was well-received and referred to as a one of its stronger aspects.
Justin Marks will be joining with Mishner to write the film. No other names are attached to the project so far, nor is there a release date set.
