Hugh Jackman (X-Men Origins: Wolverine), according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, is attached to an adaptation of “Ghostopolis,” an upcoming graphic novel from Doug TenNapel.

Jackman will produce the project through his Seed Productions company alongside the Gotham Group. Casey Wolfe is overseeing for Disney, who is distributing the graphic novel.

The story centers on a man who works for the government’s Supernatural Immigration Task Force, sending ghosts who have escaped into our world back to the realm of Ghostopolis. When a living human boy is accidentally is sent to Ghostopolis, the agent must team with the ghost of a former flame to find him and bring him back to the land of the living.

No director or writer has been attached to the project yet.
