The “Star Trek: The Next Generation” star Patrick Stewart has officially been listed as being knighted by Great Britain’s Queen Elizabeth.
The 69-year old actor of stage, screen, and TV is also known for his roles as the psychic Professor X from the “X-Men” movie franchise, as well as his lending his voice to the hit animated TV series “American Dad”.
Of the honors, Stewart said;
“This is an honor that embraces those actors, directors and creative teams who have in these recent years helped fill my life with inspiration, companionship and sheer fun”.
