Dimension Films just released this brand new movie poster for the upcoming horror film “Scream 4” from writer Kevin Williamson (The Vampire Diaries) by director Wes Craven (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, Cursed, Red Eye) and starring Courteney Cox (Cougar Town, Scrubs), Neve Campbell (The Simpsons, Vivaldi, Owl Song), David Arquette (Pushing Daisies, Hamlet 2, Conception) and produced by Bob and Harvey Weinstein (Halloween III, Inglourious Basterds, Piranha 3-D).
Synopsis: ‘The Ghostface Killer’ returns in this fourth installment to the popular horror series ‘Scream’.
