Everywhere you look, there is Ricky Gervais! If you’re stomach has recovered from the hard laughing of his first special, make sure tune into the must watch “Ricky Garvais: Out of England 2 – The Stand-Up Special” which will be airing tomorrow (Saturday, 12/18) at 10pm on HBO. The segment was filmed during a stop at the Chicago Theatre and will feature brand new material. If you’ve seen Gervais before, you know this will be a show you definitely do not want to miss. Gervais will be enlightening audiences of his take on issues like acts of God, the recession, heroin problems, fat people, famine in Africa, animal homosexuality, the story of Noah’s Ark, and many more ‘laugh so hard you cry’ comedy acts.
In other Ricky Gervais news, The Ricky Gervais Show will return to HBO on Friday, January 14 at 9pm, followed by the DVD release of the first season of “The Ricky Gervais Show.” Not to mention he will be hosting the Golden Globes on January 16th on NBC. Gervais also most recently received the Sir Peter Ustinov Award for Comedy at the 2010 Banff World Television Festival.
