A new first look trailer for the upcoming series ‘The Killing’ has been released by its network, AMC. The crime drama show, which is based on the successful Danish series ‘Forbrydelsen,’ was created by Veena Sud, and is being produced by FOX Television Studios and FUSE Entertainment.
‘The Killing,’ which stars Mireille Enos and Billy Campbell, is set in Seattle, and follows the police investigation of a young girl, Rosie Larsen. Each show of the 13-episode first season, which is set to premiere on April 3, 2011, will detail one day in the investigation. Sud also wrote the pilot episode and is serving as an executive producer on the series.
