Plan on going to Wonder-Con this year? If you’re looking forward to the film adaptation of “Green Lantern”, you might want to check out the “Green Lantern” panel.

The panel, which will be happening on April 1, lasting from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. PST, will feature Ryan Reynolds and other guests from the film, and will expound more on the film.

The plot of “Green Lantern” centers around Hal Jordan (Reynolds), a test pilot, who, after watching over a fallen Green Lantern member in his last moments, is given the opportunity to become part of the elite space corp. His acceptance of the job makes him the first human given the ring. The film, which also stars Blake Lively, Mark Strong, and Peter Sarsgaard, will be in theaters June 17, 2011. The film is directed by Martin Campbell (“Casino Royale”, “GoldenEye”, “The Mask of Zorro”) and written by Greg Berlanti (“No Ordinary Family”), Michael Green (“Kings”), Michael Goldenberg (“Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) and Marc Guggenheim (“No Ordinary Family”, “FlashForward”).

Wonder-Con is a comic book, film, and television convention that takes place in San Francisco. The convention will take place over three days, April 1 to April 3. Check out the site for the official rundown of this and all other events at the convention.
