We have been long time fans of Rise Against, so it is nice for them to return the favor and tell us what band’s they have always admired. The band’s recently released webisode lets us get passed the ropes of a Rise Against concert.
Rise Against is currently on tour in support of their album, “Endgame”, which we give a proud multiple thumbs up to. Performing alongside Bad Religion and Four Year Strong, Rise Against made a stop in Long Beach, California for a sold out show at the Long Beach Arena. Why make a webisode about this particular stop on their tour? Well, we have one explanation for you and that is the only reasoning needed. The punk rock legends, The Descendants, made a special guest appearance, which marks the first time the group performed in Los Angeles since 1997. The performance was iconic and historic, to say the least.
In the webisode, the band talks about the influence The Descendants and Bad Religion had on the band and what they mean to Rise Against. We encourage you, Rise Against, to continue spilling your rock and roll souls. We love to know what catapulted you guys to the top of our favorite list of bands. Any influence of yours, we are a fan.
