If you’re a child of the late ’80s/early’90s like me, you probably grew up with “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.” What a great show, eh? Will Smith as a wisecracking high-schooler, Alfonso Ribeiro as his privileged cousin Carlton, and James Avery as Uncle Phil, Will’s father figure on the show. So many good memories.

Now us fans of the show have one more memory to add to the bevy of memories surrounding that show. Entertainment Weekly has reported on a picture Smith uploaded to his Facebook page. The picture featured most of the cast of “Bel Air”–Smith, Ribeiro and Avery, as well as Karyn Parsons and Tatyana Ali (who played Will’s other rich cousins Hillary and Ashley, respectively).

Sadly, it’s not a full reunion–neither actress who played Aunt Vivian (Janet Hubert and Daphne Reid), Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey), or DJ Jazzy Jeff (Jazz) showed up for the reunion. However, the picture we were given is more than enough to keep the embers of love for the ’90s show burning for another 20 years.

What do you think about the picture? How much do you love “Bel Air”? If you’re as big of a fan as I am, you probably have favorite lines from the show–mine is when Carlton tells what should be a sad story about cruelty in the world, ending with “‘Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids!’ How come they just couldn’t give him some cereal?!” Recite your favorite lines or write odes to your love of “Bel Air” in the comments section below.
