Many people have been waiting for a possible “Justice League” movie, and it seems like we aren’t going to get any closer to an ensemble film from DC Comics. However, a rumor about a certain Henry Cavill film, if it proves to be true, could be the closest we get to a DC Comics ensemble film.

According to Cosmic Book News, a rumor has come out that the first official trailer for the “Superman” film “Man of Steel,” might be attached to “The Dark Knight Rises.” According to the site, Warner Bros. will start the big PR/marketing push for “Man of Steel” in June and some type of trailer might be released with the Christopher Nolan film July 20. The site also states that the trailer will be roughly one minute long with not much CGI.

The site did make sure to stress that while for right now, this news is a rumor, it has been given to them by a source that has a lot of their information turn out to be correct.

I’m intrigued by this news; I really want to get a good look at “Man of Steel” since the film is supposed to be a little darker and more realistic than other Superman films.
