A new image for the upcoming film ‘The Cabin in the Woods’ has been released. The film, which has been delayed for two years but will hit theaters on April 13, 2012, will be director Drew Goddard and co-writer Joss Whedon’s spin on cabin in the woods horror sub-genre.
The Lionsgate horror-thriller follows five friends as they travel to a remote cabin in the woods. However, they get more than they bargained for, and must discover the truth behind the cabin to survive. ‘The Cabin in the Woods’ stars Chris Hemsworth, Kristen Connoly, Anna Hutchinson, Fran Kanz, Jessie Williams, Bradley Whitford and Richard Jenkins.
