Former training partners and current bitter rivals, martial arts fighters Jon Jones and Rashad Evans, are both preparing for their headlining pay-per-view fight on April 21 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Jones, the current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, and Evans, the former Heavyweight Champion, are both vying to earn this year’s belt.
A new clip promoting the event has been released on YouTube. The montage offers a sneak preview of the tension between Jones and Evans over their respective successes, which led to their current professional estrangement. Evans went far enough to say that Jones is a fake and arrogant. Meanwhile, Jones claimed he taught Evans important moves, and is jealous of him.
