“The Avengers” is set to make ton of bank at the box office once it hits theaters May 4, but even though the film hasn’t been released in America yet, the film is already making tons of money overseas, according to Comic Book Movie and Deadline.

According to the sites, the film has already made $17.1 million overseas. To break it down a bit, the film has already made $6.2 million in Australia, $2.7 million in Italy, $2.9 million in France, $1.3 million in the Philippines, $1.3 million in Taiwan, $800,000 in New Zealand and $900,000 in other overseas areas.

This is good news for how well the film could do in America; the film is already expected to make more than $125 million its opening weekend.

For any fans who are just waiting to see this movie, this news has probably upped your anticipation to see it. Surely, this film will cater towards almost all Marvel fans since tons of Marvel superhero favorites are starring in the film.
