With comic book fans anticipating the release of ‘The Avengers’ on Friday, another anticipated film based on a Marvel comic set to be released this summer, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man,’ has released a new picture, CinemaBlend is reporting. The Mark Webb-directed action-adventure movie, which stars Andrew Garfield as the title role and Emma Stone as Peter Parker’s love interest Gwen Stacy, has unveiled a picture of the two in school.
The picture shows Peter and Gwen in a hallway, and neither looks happy. But the photo, which features the characters’ books and backpacks, as well as Peter’s skateboard, emphasize the teen element of the film.
The picture is in contrast to another recent picture released from ‘The Amazing Spider-Man,’ which is set to hit theaters on July 3. The photo, which was released on Facebook earlier this month, shows Peter Parker using his abilities on the subway without a disguise.
