“’JACKASS PRESENTS: BAD GRANDPA’ debuted at #1 at the domestic box office when it opened in theaters on October 25th. Knoxville stars as 86-year-old Irving Zisman on a journey across America with the most unlikely companion, his 8-year-old grandson Billy, played by Jackson Nicoll. The signature Jackass character Zisman and Billy take movie audiences along for the most insane hidden camera road trip ever captured on film.

Along the way, Irving will introduce the young and impressionable Billy to people, places and situations that give new meaning to the term childrearing. The duo will encounter male strippers, disgruntled child beauty pageant contestants (and their equally disgruntled mothers), funeral home mourners, biker bar patrons and a whole lot of unsuspecting citizens.”

The film is produced by Knoxville as well as Spike Jonze, Jeff Tremaine and Derek Freda. The screenplay is by Knoxville, Jonze and Tremaine, from a stroy by Knoxville, Jonze, Tremaine, Fax Bahr and Adam Small. The film is directed by Tremaine.
