“Godzilla” is looking better and better, especially now that we are seeing the full scary scope of the monster in three new posters. Godzilla looks amazing and I’m hoping that as horrifying and awesome as Godzilla looks in the posters, he’s even more terrifying in the film. Take a look at the posters below the post. If you’re still on the fence about this film, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

“Godzilla” is directed by Gareth Edwards and written by Max Borenstein and Frank Darabont, with a story by David Callaham. The film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, David Strathairn and Bryan Cranston. It goes without saying what “Godzilla” is about, but the quick (and official) synopsis of the film is:

An epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.

“Godzilla,” a Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures production, will come to theaters in 3D, 2D and IMAX in select theaters May 16.
