“The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” is finally out in stores for all the “Hobbit” fans to buy, and fans will really be excited to get this home because there will be tons of extra goodies to devour.

Fans of “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit” franchises are, by now, very expectant when it comes to getting tons and tons of extra features with their DVD and Blu-ray purchases. This latest release is certainly no different; fans can expect to see a boatload (get it? Because the dwarves arrive to Lake-town in boats!) of extras and behind-the-scenes videos, such as the one that was let out in anticipation of the home release.

In the clip, as shown on Entertainment Weekly, Orlando Bloom–in full Legolas regalia–is getting some last minute tips from Peter Jackson as to how to react when Legolas’ father, Thranduil (Lee Pace) mercilessly cuts off an orc’s head in mid-speech. If you can’t believe Bloom throwing down a fake orc head could be funny, think again–it’s quite endearing, somehow. Even more endearing is Ben Mitchell, who plays the orc in question, Narzug, getting some evil grinning tips from movement choreographer Terry Notary.
