One of the biggest movies of the summer is the fourth installment in the “Transformers” film franchise with “Transformers: Age of Extinction.” The new film will show off new Autobots and Decepticons that have never been featured in movie such as The Dinobots.

“Four years after the conclusion of Transformers: Dark of the Moon, a mechanic and his daughter discover a deactivated Optimus Prime. Meanwhile, a powerful, ingenious businessman and a group of scientists attempt to learn from past Transformer incursions and push the boundaries of technology beyond what they can control.”

“Age of Extinction” takes place in Chicago, four years after the last film. The movie centers on Cade and his family as they “discover a buried Transformer which sets the stage for the return of the rest of the Transformers.” The plot also includes the U.S. Government building their own Transformers based on technology found in the rubble from Dark of the Moon.

The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, Sophia Myles, T.J. Miller, Victoria Summer, Li Bingbing, Titus Welliver, Kelsey Grammer, and Peter Cullen.

“Transformers: Age of Extinction” hits home video on September 30th.
