Swissx is commemorating post-impressionist paintings with distinctive, exclusive NFT art from such artists as Giacomo Mantegazza, Georges Gregoire Lavaux and Carl Theodor Meyer-Basel. The company’s users can own a piece of the history by investing in the art at fractions, starting at one percent.

The Mantegazza NFT shown above can be purchased in one percent increments of $550 USD, or in full for $55,000 USD. Buyers will receive an electronic certificate of ownership, as well as a network recognition for 10 years and an optional spot on the piece’s list of owners on Swissx’s website. The three feet by three feet acrylic canvas was created in 2010 by Alec Monopoly.

An NFT, or a nonfungible token, is a digital file that’s created by using blockchain computer code. It can be bought using cryptocurrency, and exists as a unique file that can’t be duplicated, and is often just admired digitally. Swissx’s NFTs can be purchased on its website.
