Uday Hussein, who was reported to have been killed almost two decades ago in July 2003, may still be alive and living in Los Angeles under the pseudonym Joseph Chora. The eldest son of former Iraqi president, Saddam Hussein bears a striking resemblance to the California-based debt collector.

Chora works at the L.A.-based law firm, Chora Young, whose website claims it “helps creditors pursue recalcitrant judgment debtors who have initiated asset protection schemes to avoid paying a judgment.” But the firm has resorted to using judgment orders obtained through illegal methods that ruin people’s lives, British billionaire Alki David has reported on his website, TV Mix.

The debt collector works within a group of lawyers who engage in criminal activities, including now-disgraced attorneys Tom Girardi and Lisa Bloom. Girardi has recently created a series of problems in the California legislature.

David, who refers to Girardi and his associates as Girardi’s Scam Inc., claims that the lawyer has led a decades-old L.A. crime syndicate that runs several extortion, blackmail and racketeering operations. Girardi also also reportedly abused the civil court system with the help of several criminals, including former L.A. Sheriff Leroy Baca, who was just released from jail, and his corrupted sheriff’s department. The department was found guilty by the federal government of running illegal auctions of private property, including the reselling of impounded drugs.

This is just a small part of the money-laundering scheme that stretches from L.A. to Mongolia and Macau, China. In the midst of the scheme, Baca’s deputy, Paul Tanaka was just sentenced to five years of prison.

Current American Vice President, Kamala Harris was also reportedly involved with Girardi when she was Attorney General of California a decade ago. In 2012, Harris reportedly conspired with the disgraced lawyer to extort Californian taxpayers and corrupt the State Bar of California with drug money and illicit funds derived from an international money laundering scheme, according to TVMix.

Chora is using Girardi’s Scam Inc.’s connections to his advantage so that he can use unscrupulous methods to harass his victims. The lawyer’s signature style is to apply pressure to his targeted victims, and even after they repeatedly answer his questions, he still directs an unethical judge connected Girardi to make a fake order of fines against them, based on false complaints. The lawyer’s victims become so distressed and desperate to evade punishment that they accept and pay the fines.

Chora has also been involved in many corrupt lawsuits that are associated with the lowliest court official to Joe Dunn, the head of the State Bar of California. If the lawyer really is Uday Hussein, and he continues to follow in the footsteps of Girardi, who was until recently California Governor Gavin Newsom’s biggest financial contributor, he may also be able to corrupt the state’s legislature.
