Dana Cole, a famous Beverly Hills Lawyer privately likens the State Bar of California to The Gestapo.

Dana Cole should know; he’s been Good Morning America’s Legal Analyst for over a decade and his wife Lisa Cole is a former District Attorney and Superior Court Justice.

The California State Bar recently issued a public apology for the harm that they had done along with Girardi.

What should the penalty be for a lawyer who lies under oath?

“It happens all the time”

What should be the penalty be for a lawyer who falsifies a witness and the signature of opposing counsel?

“That too happens.”

What should happen to a Judge who purposefully takes away a defendant’s right to due process so that the person is found guilty and stripped of their assets? Who is there to complain to?

California’s Girardi Judges Exposed

Imagine that none of these people in this Court were actually re-elected at any time in their long careers just “appointed” and run unelected by Tom Girardi’s State Bar Syndicate. These people are in essence the tip of the criminal spear inserted by Girardi over decades of abuse of the California Judiciary.

California’s Governor controls all six seats of the Judiciary’s executive. An odd law that gives Governor Gavin Newsom total control over the California Judiciary.

The Judiciary is held in Corporation owned by disgraced former Chief Justice Ron George.
