Here’s a few brand new stills featuring Reese Witherspoon and Robert Pattinson on the set of the upcoming film “Water for Elephants” by director Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend, Constantine) and starring Robert Pattinson (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, Bel Ami) and Reese Witherspoon (This Means War, Pharm Girl).

Synopsis: “When Jacob Jankowski, recently orphaned and suddenly adrift, jumps onto a passing train, he enters a world of freaks, drifters, and misfits, a second-rate circus struggling to survive during the Great Depression, making one-night stands in town after endless town. A veterinary student who almost earned his degree, Jacob is put in charge of caring for the circus menagerie. It is there that he meets Marlena, the beautiful young star of the equestrian act, who is married to August, the charismatic but twisted animal trainer. He also meets Rosie, an elephant who seems untrainable until he discovers a way to reach her. Water for Elephants is illuminated by a wonderful sense of time and place. It tells a story of a love between two people that overcomes incredible odds in a world in which even love is a luxury that few can afford.”

Ican’t think of two people I’d rather see less in this movie… was such a great book… and these two can’t act their ways out of a paper bag.

Kelly I don’t know what planet your from but I think the main characters in this film fit. I have read the book book to great book and I think Robert, Reese and Chris will do an incredible job.

I love both actors! They will do a great job with these characters, but who thought up the blond wig? She now looks like a bimbo, and it is not very true to the character. She had light brown hair and I think that they should’ve stuck with that!

Huh? Can’t act? Reese has won an Academy Award for Best Actress. I bet Rob will someday, too. His non-Twilight films are wonderful.

I am really looking forward the film i really love both Rob and Reese and they are perfect for the part, Rob is an under-rated actor. As for Marlenas hair colour it is mentioned in the book that it just disqualifies as blond and Jacobs hair is supposed to be red!
