Tony Jaa is On the Run in Triple Threat Exclusive Clip

Martial artist-actor Tony Jaa stars in director Jesse V. Johnson’s action-thriller, ‘Triple Threat.’

Action fans can now gear up to enter the martial arts event film of the year. The new drama, ‘Triple Threat,’ which features over half a dozen of the world’s biggest action actors, is prepping to open in a wide theatrical release for one night only, tomorrow, Tuesday, March 19. Well Go USA Entertainment will then distribute the action movie in select theaters and on VOD this Friday, March 22.

In honor of ‘Triple Threat’s upcoming release, ShockYa is premiering an exclusive clip from the thriller, which is titled ‘On the Run.’ The clip features Tony Jaa, one of today’s biggest martial arts stars, and his companions as they’re being chased down a crowded street by another respected martial artist-turned-actor, Scott Adkins.

In addition to Jaa and Adkins, the adrenaline-fueled action film also brings together such celebrated martial artists-actors as Iko Uwais and Tiger Chen, as well as UFC legend Michael Bisping. Celina Jade and Michael Jai White also star in the drama. ‘Triple Threat’ was directed by Jesse V. Johnson, and written by Joey O’Bryan and Paul Staheli.

Well Go USA Entertainment has unveiled the following synopsis for the thriller: A down-and-out team of mercenaries must take on a group of professional assassins and stop them before they kill their target: a billionaire’s daughter intent on bringing down a major crime syndicate.
