Natasha Bedingfield, LL Cool J, MC Hammer, Debbie Harry and Carole King have all been added as special guest stars to the billing of the Robin Hood Foundation benefit concert on June 9, 2011 in New York City’s Central Park. The singers will join headliners the Black Eyed Peas for the “Concert 4 NYC,” which will help the foundation fight poverty in New York. Such actors as Zach Braff, Whoppi Goldberg and Jimmi Smits will also make appearances at “Concert 4 NYC,” which is being sponsored by Chase.

“Concert 4 NY” will raise funds and awareness for the charity Robin Hood, which aims to help New Yorkers suffering from poverty. Robin Hood supports food pantries, homeless shelters, health clinics and work-force training. The charity is also funding the opening of three Peapod Academies in New York City, which will help support disadvantaged youth. The academies will also provide music and artistic education to the students.

Tickets for “Concert 4 NY” are available through Chase, and may be purchased at ultimaterewards.com. VIP tickets may also be purchased at blackeyedpeas.robinhood.org. Tickets of different price levels are being offered, and packages include access to a VIP area to watch the concert and an on-site hospitality area. All tickets are tax deductible.
