‘Damages,’ the Golden Globe-winning legal thriller, will be returning on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 10 pm on DIRECTV’s Audience Network. The fourth season, which moves to DIRECTV from FX, will continue to follow revered litigator Patty Hewes, played by Glenn Close in her two-time Emmy Award winning portrayal. Rose Byrne will reprise her role of Patty’s ambitious protege Ellen Parsons.

John Goodman and Dylan Baker will join the season 4 cast as series regulars. They’ll be accompanied by Bailey Chase, Griffin Dunn, Judd Hirsch, Chris Messina, Fisher Stevens, Derek Webster and Julie White in recurring roles. Besides bringing in well-known actors to help promote the new season DIRECTV will also host a live Twitter chat at #damages during the premiere.
