So, the youngster chooses to uphold her quirky music by releasing a one-of-a-kind music video for “Tennis Court”. Donning little to no makeup except dark lipstick, a pale skinned Lorde simply stares into the camera saying hardly any of the lyrics for the entire 3min video. Will you get bored? Absolutely not. She flat out nails displaying a creepy, yet inviting image with “Tennis Court”. Not every “pop” singer needs to bring in mindless props (cough, cough Miley Cyrus and her video for
“We Can’t Stop”) to create an enthralling video from start to finish.
