While living in a world of power often makes people feel as though they’re entitled to endless protection from harm, that right no longer extends to their emotional well-being on the internet. To showcase the terror that all too commonly arises amongst peers, especially adolescents, in the virtual world, Shockya is unveiling an exclusive new poster for the upcoming mystery drama, ‘#Horror.’

The poster’s debut is promoting the horror film’s distribution into theaters and on VOD by IFC Midnight on November 20. ‘#Horror’s release marks the feature film writing, directorial and production design debuts of actress Tara Subkoff, who also served as an executive producer on the movie. Chloë Sevigny leads the movie’s ensemble cast, which also includes Natasha Lyonne, Taryn Manning and Timothy Hutton.

IFC Midnight has released the following synopsis for ‘#Horror’:

You’ve got followers…Cyberbullying goes offline during one deadly night. Based on a shocking true story, ‘#Horror’ follows a group of preteen girls living in a suburban world of money and privilege. But when their obsession with a disturbing online game goes too far, virtual terror becomes all too real.
