‘Hot in Cleveland’ actress Valerie Bertinelli married her boyfriend of six years, financial planner Tom Vitale, on New Year’s Eve in Malibu, People.com is reporting. Bertinelli, who was married once before to Eddie Van Halen, hosted an intimate ceremony and party with Vitale in their home for approximately 100 guests.

Among the reported guests were Bertinelli’s 19-year-old son Wolfie and Van Halen. Bertinelli remained friendly with the rocker after their divorce was finalized in 2007, and she even attended his wedding in 2009 to publicist and actress Janie Liszewski.

Bertinelli and Vitale got engaged last March while vacationing in Italy. She admitted that when she first separated from Van Halen, she never thought she’d remarry. But now she can’t imagine life without Vitale.
