‘Clueless’ actress Stacey Dash’s divorce from her third husband, Emmaneul Xuereb, has been made official, TMZ is reporting. The news comes after she filed to end the relationship in January 2010, on the same day she filed a request for a restraining order against him.
The ‘Single Ladies’ star claimed in Los Angeles County Superior Court that Xuereb was violent towards her during their marriage. She was granted a protection order against him by a judge.
When Dash filed for the restraining order, she claimed that Xuereb hit her in the face, head and body during the little over the two years they lived together during their marriage. She added that she was initially afraid to report it to police. The restraining order states that he must stay 100 yards away from Dash, her two children from previous relationships and the family home.
Dash also said that once when Xuereb was drunk, he violently pinned her down to a bed and threatened her. She added that he told her it would be the wost night of her life.
After Dash first filed for divorce from Xuereb, she was linked to Jamie Foxx, as she attended the Vanity Fair After-Party following the 2010 Academy Awards with him. They also accompanied each other to Elton John’s 18th annual Oscar after-party.
