A woman claiming she was injured during the recent fight between Chris Brown and Drake has come forward and is planning to sue, TMZ is reporting. The woman, Lucy Pavlovsky, said she suffered a gash in her arm during the fight, and the injury required 12 stitches.
Javier Solano, the lawyer Pavlovsky hired to represent her, told TMZ that his client was in the VIP section of W.i.P. Nightclub when the fight occurred. He added that she ducked down when bottles first began flying. She didn’t notice her arm was cut and bleeding until she was making her way out of the club.
Pavlovsky took a taxi to the closest hospital, and had to get the stitches to close up two cuts on her arm, Solano also said. He added that she also had to get a tetanus shot while she was there. The lawyer also said his client was interviewed by NYPD officers on Friday. The officers said they were gathering evidence for a possible criminal complaint.
Solano said Pavlovsky’s lawsuit will be against the club. But he also hinted that Drake and/or Brown may also be included. He said “at this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant. I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable.”
