In the aftermath of David Boreanaz’s admission of his infidelity, another star from ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ is experiencing marital problems.  Emma Caulfield, who appeared on the hit show as the vengeance demon Anya during the show’s entire 1997-2003 run, has filed for divorce from her husband, Popeater.com reported on May 18.

Caulfield cites irreconcilable differences with her husband, Cornelius Grobbelaar.  The 37-year-old actress filed the papers on May 7 in Los Angeles Superior Court.  The split comes almost four years after their wedding, which took place on August 23, 2006.

Pedram Mansouri, who is representing Caulfield, declined to publicly comment on the proceedings.  While Grobbelar’s attorney also declined to comment on the case, according to E!Online, the day after Caulfield filed the papers, he wrote on his MySpace papge “Ok…New Day…The twist and turns can make it seem so unfair.”
