Christina Aguilera Admitts Attraction to Women

Christina Aguilera has always been known for her risque outfits during her concerts and her sexual photo shoots. Now the ‘Bionic’ singer has admitted during her interview for the July issue of U.K.’s Company Magazine that “…sometimes I am attracted to women. I appreciate their femininity and beauty.”
During the interview, Aguilera also said that “…if a woman represents herself in a sexual way, people think, ‘Oh it must be for a man.’” She explained that she’s sexually attracted to both men and women because “I feel sexuality to be very empowering.”
The 29-year-old singer said her attraction to women isn’t new, as she’s always tried to empower women through her music. She feels that women “…shouldn’t be ashamed of ourselves or our bodies.” Aguilera also said that men don’t have the right to own women’s sexuality, and that if she wants to be sexual, it’s for her own appreciation and enjoyment.
