Jessica Alba appeared in sparking nude Casadei peep-toe heels at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Fashion Awards in New York City on June 6, 2011. The ‘Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World’ actress matched the Casadei shoes with a flowing Diane Von Furstenberg dress that featured a coral top and lilac billowing skirt. Alba completed the lock with a chignon hair style, hoop earrings and clutch purse.

Alba, a VIP at the Fashion Awards, served as a Founders Presenter at the ceremony. Fellow Casadei fan Ashley Greene, who also enjoys the shoes for their sophistication, glamour, luxury and attention to detail, was also a VIP at the event. As CFDA Executive Director Steven Kolb said, Alba wore the Casadei heels during a night fashion lovers “came together as an industry in support of each other.”

The Fashion Awards ceremony was held at the Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center. The event, which marked the awards’ tenth year, “not only honor the best talents in fashion…(but) is also a testament to the influence of the CFDA and its efforts to help the industry,” said Furstenberg, the President of the CFDA.
