Medium actress Patricia Arquette and her husband, Hung star, Thomas Jane are officially divorced after their papers were finalized in court Friday.  The on again, off again couple first split up back in 2009 (Arquette’s reported decision) after wedding in 2006.  But then decided to reunite and give it one more shot six months later, only to call it quits again!  Hard to keep up with right?!  Together the two have an eight year old daughter named Harlow, who they have decided to share custody of.

This marks the second divorce for both Arquette, previously married to Nicholas Cage back in the 90′s, and Thomas Jane who tied the knot to his first wife actress Aysha Hauer in the late 80′s.  The couple’s split was on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.

Both the performers have several upcoming films that they are slated to appear in.  Thomas Hung is on board LOL (which just wrapped filming), the movie Samaritan from director Tenney Fairchild, and the comedy Sleight of Hand.  Meanwhile Arquette, who just ended her seven year run as the lead star of CBS’ Medium, is currently working on three upcoming film roles.  The actress is set to take the screen in Boyhood, Glutton and the flick See If I Care.
