On Saturday, May 29th, 2010 iconic actor Dennis Hopper passed away in his Venice Beach home, he was age 74. According to The Associated Press, he was surrounded by family and friends. Perhaps best known for the hit classics “Apocalypse Now”, “Easy Rider”, “Blue Velvet” and “Rebel Without A Cause”. Hopper’s latest work includes a starring role in “An American Carol”, “Hell Ride” and the hit Starz television series “Crash”. In October 2009, Hopper’s manager announced that he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
