Nick Cassavetes has signed onto direct the upcoming film ‘Cali’ with Kristen Stewart in the lead, Collider is reporting. The action comedy, which is expected to be released next year, follows two San Fernando Valley lovers in Los Angeles who sell a fake snuff film. The two lovers subsequently take off with the money. A 34-year-old Canadian man who allegedly posed as Justin Bieber online has been arrested after he tried to elicit a 12-year-old girl into performing sex acts, TMZ is reporting. The alleged imposter, Lee Moir, has been charged with luring a child under 16, invitation to sexual touching, manufacturing child pornography and extortion after he posed as the Canadian singer on Facebook. Moir, who used the names Lee ONeel, Justy.beber1 and Yodayoda001 on the social networking site, lured the girl into a video chat. He tried to convince her to perform the sex acts over her webcam. The lawyer for the porn parody ‘Not the Three stooges XXX’ has been threatened by CS Entertainment, which produced the new PG film released on Friday, to stop production on the film, TMZ is reporting. Robert Benjamin, the Executive VP and General Counsel of CS Entertainment, sent a letter to the lawyer for the porn parody. He claimed the low budget, clearly pornographic film isn’t protected as a parody under the First Amendment.
