LOS ANGELES — Alkiviades “Alki” David has gone back into the California court system on the file Thomas V. Girardi penned. He is a severely disabled litigant in person. He is asking Presiding “Girardi Judge” Justice Helen Zukin and Administrative Presiding Justice Elwood G. Lui to recuse from Jane Doe v. Alkiviades David, LASC 20STCV37498, now B341119 / B345361. Trial Judge Christopher K. Lui, the APJ’s son, is on notice.

David has written to Presiding Justice Helen Zukin asking her to recuse from Jane Doe v. Alkiviades David — the Los Angeles file Thomas V. Girardi put his name on in October 2020, now on appeal as B341119 / B345361.
Zukin already wrote Zirpel v. Alki David Productions, 93 Cal.App.5th 563. That opinion decided a Labor Code retaliation case. It did not decide who owns the hologram system at the center of David’s title fight. He says that omission is why she cannot finish Jane Doe.
The same letter puts Administrative Presiding Justice Elwood G. Lui on notice, and trial Judge Christopher K. Lui — the APJ’s son — on the service list. David’s counsel of record at the time, James G. Bohm, told him he had never seen a Superior Court judge lifted onto the Court of Appeal that then drew the Girardi file.
The paper asks for recusal or a disclosed refusal. It is a three-page clerk-routed notice, Dordick copied. It is not a finding that Zukin ran a cartel. It is a disabled litigant in person telling the justice who already framed Zirpel that she should not sit on the sequel.
His model is three rails. Lawyers move titles. Enforcers move product and fear. Bankers keep the ledger. He says he was born on the third rail — son of Andrew A. David, Hellenic / Coca-Cola HBC — and that the pathways built around the old coca trade never closed.
Pairings of living names with cartel, bribery, murder or trafficking are his allegations unless a public caption is cited. Not a verdict.
1. Before the lawyers finished
The sequence, he says, did not start with a brief. They put him in Los Angeles County Jail for six days. He is a man with a documented TBI. He says the ADA was ignored and the hold ran past five days. They took the service dog. Vader, trained for seizures, is dead. Friendships were split. He calls it PSYOPS — Peretz, Black Cube ([8] on the Williams order), family-orbit handlers — a reputation cooked before a jury spoke. Banks de-risked him. The heir became unbankable. Then came Jane Doe. Then Zirpel. Then Comcast. Then Antigua.
2. Born into the pathway
FilmOn was the pipe the networks did not own. Shockya, since 2010, and cbsyousuck.com were the archive when the pipe was shut. Hologram USA was the Pepper’s Ghost / Musion system. He says Comcast is the speaker of the monopoly that replaced the bottle.
3. The file Girardi penned
1 October 2020: Girardi & Keese on the Jane Doe docket. Disbarred 2022. Convicted 2024. Eighty-seven months. Dordick has the file. David says Dordick also represents Jonathan Hay. James G. Bohm told him he had never seen Zukin’s move onto the Court of Appeal that then drew that file, with the trial judge’s father as APJ.
4. The chair they left empty
2 April 2026, Rule 8.155. Rizzo texts name Carl. Dawson was willing. Heather and Shapiro did not call him. Consensual, not rape, lawyer pressure — Dawson’s account. 5. Whitney, Jackson, Zirpel, Proto, Diddy
Zirpel, 93 Cal.App.5th 563 — Labor Code, not title. Patents 5,865,519 and 7,883,212 stayed off the page. 2014: Hologram USA sued over the Jackson Billboard beam. Branca on the estate side. Settled 2016. Whitney: 2015 licence, 2018 estate judgment, 2020 SEC consent bar. PORTL rebranded Proto, 2022. Combs invested and became an advisor. David’s claim: his old mark, their new company.
6. Silenced counsel
Sullivan, former Clare Bronfman counsel, later on a retainer with David, went silent. Huzaineh signed a Statement of Truth on 9 July 2025, then vanished from contact.
Lieberman wrote the DOJ on 30 August 2023 and is dead. David accuses Joseph Chora of that killing and has already sued him: David v. Chora, 2:23-cv-08724 / 2:23-cv-00736. Accusation. Not a verdict. Quirk, Rini, Rothman — dead on his count.
7. Antigua, Williams, Benjamin, Asot, Barak
Asot Michael brought him to Gaston Browne. SwissX followed. Michael was murdered at Dry Hill, 4–5 November 2024. Officially homicide. David’s case: political assassination. He alleges Daphne Barak told him three times that Michael owed her $1.5 million for an election.

1:25-mc-00098-JMF, Judge Jesse M. Furman. Guryeva-Motlokhov; Boies Schiller; Yildirim interested party. Terminated 4 June 2025 after David went in pro se. His Jason Furman / Yildirim / Guryev sentences remain his.
David v. Comcast, 15 May 2023, same Sherman number. He alleged Comcast censored FilmOn’s Girardi record. Dismissed without prejudice, 16 June 2026. His theory: every pathway ends in the company that can bury a signal.
9. The other door
He names Sinaloa after Guzmán, a nine- or ten-figure operation, Grey Wolves, Roc Nation, Bad Boy, Combs, Jay-Z, Perez, Hay, Love Air, Caribbean ports as an Epstein-class hub.
