Linda Hogan has accussed her ex-husband Hulk of being violent during their 24-year-marriage, and claims he didn’t feel remorse for abusing her, The Huffington Post is reporting. She made the accusations while appearing on ‘The Today Show’ on June 28, 2011 to promote her new autobiography ‘Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes’. The book also chronicles Hulk’s drug use and Linda’s discovery of his affair 10 years into their marriage.

While speaking to ‘Today’ host Matt Lauer, Linda said that her ex-husband’s lack of remorse for his behavior lead her to remain quiet. “To this day he has not apologized for any of his actions. But that is something that scared me-I did not want to be a statistic like Nicole Simpson,” Linda also said.

Linda denies that filming their hit VH1 reality series ‘Hogan Knows Best,’ which ran between 2005 and 2007, as the reason their marriage failed. “We were having some rough times, but when we’d get makeup on and go downstairs and start filming the kids would be in there and it was like everybody put on a happy face,” she said. She added filming brought them together.

Hulk told ‘The Today Show’ he had no comment in response to Linda’s allegations. But he called his ex-wife, who he divorced in July 2009, delusional. He also said her allegations are cold, blatant lies.
