Nicolas Cage has signed on to star in the upcoming supernatural horror thriller ‘Hotel 33,’ Foresight Unlimited CEO Mark Damon and Emmett/Furla Films’ Randall Emmett announced yesterday. ‘Dear Mr. Gacy’ scribe Kellie Madison wrote the script for the new horror film, and will make her feature film directorial debut with ‘Hotel 33.’ Production is slated to begin in September. ‘Hotel 33′ is based on the presumed events surrounding the disappearance of 32 people on the opening night of the Grand Hotel in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 1953.
